Just to remind you of what you may have if properly maintained.

Note excessive rear end roll on standard model without a anti-sway bar.

Acceleration seems a little slow, but I haven't ever timed mine. Looks like they might have done a littel brake loading.

I wonder if there's any G50's on here that can still slalom like that?!

Whats up with those crappy acceleration numbers? a modern compact 4 cylinder Honda, Toyota, Nissan sedan can beat those and get 30 miles per gallon!!!!

But are they as luxurious? And that's stock with out a NICO ECU.

Plus we are talking about a 15 year old car so engineers would be expected to come a long way.

And as usual its more about the driver than the car, so maybe they hired a retard for the test drive.

All computerized timing gear, not that difficult to stomp on accelerator pedal and let the timing computers measure time/speed. Something must have been wrong with their test model Q....maybe early defective knock sensors retarding the timing? Stock should have been mid 7 second 0-60 and 15.4-15.6 quarter mile

I agree. Something is not kosher, but with a car that's not broken in, it's not going to be up to par.

Just turned 100K on one of mine, so it is finally broken in!

Great review. At the end of the video the MW review for the 90Q popped up:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zcGOqYmLfDY&NR=1

The announcer in the 94 video implies that the front end of the 90-93 was ugly and had to be changed to boost sales. I may be biased but is it really that ugly?

Not if you like the look of the early 90s thunderbird or taurus.

What does how a vehicle look have to do with how it performs other than top speed or acceleration above say 100 mph. Weight, weight balance, tires and their control via suspension, engine and gearing.
