Mustang TB with DE TPS? How does it work?

After serching and reading all the throttle body posts for the throttle body upgrades on the DE motor I have not seen a single post on how to make this combo work.

93' Mustang HO 70mm throttle body and DE OBD1 TPS

What I want to know is do I have to modify my DE TPS to fit the mustang TB or can I modify the wiring for the mustang TPS. On one nissan post i read that the TPS is a hotwire design that operates between 1-5 volts. Then on a mustang post i read that the ford tps operates around 2 volts.

So can anyone tell me in Black and White exactly what I need to do or where I can find out what I need to do.
