I am planning on doing a Z32 brake upgrade, and I know all about the wheel clearance issues. However, I am ADAMANT I keep my stock 15' 4-lug alloys. I have the 26MM aluminum calipers, and MUST clear them. And no, my wheels are not the 7-spoke SE wheels that can possibly clear. What size spacer must I get (I can have them custom made to within a MM) and does anyone have experience doing this. How close am I cutting it?

Not to steal your thread but can you even do Z32 brakes and 15" wheels? I've always wondered but never knew for sure. I was thinking some 15x8or 8.5 TE37 all the way around

yea, good luck with that man, honestly, i dont think itll clear, but im sure with enough spacers itll make it, however, expect your ride to worsen, or so ive heard that about spacers, and te-37s arent exactly cheap my friend

It's supposed to be an issue with spoke clearance, not wheel diameter. I believe C-Kwik or Exar-Kun has been using spacers to clear their 15-inch wheels, and that if you have a certain S13 4-lug 7 spoke wheel without an inner lip they will clear. Keep in mind these are also teh slightly smaller 26MM calipers as opposed to teh 32MM iron calipers.

with a spacer and some grinding of the outer caliper it will fit.IT WILL FITIt's no different from an F-Body grinding their calipers to fit on a 15" rim for racing.

ehh....a lot of work for very little gain. (less weight) guess I'll go with some 16x8 Advan RG's

Excellent. Hopefullywith a 7MM spacer I can clear it without grinding them down.
