pretty sure after 12psi you're going to be running that little t25 too hard. so add a different turbo to your list

What motor is this on? I honestly wouldn't go over 12psi if it's an s13 sr. You'll also need an intake.

You'll need a different turbo, injectors, and tune to come close to reaching your 300hp goal if this is infact an s13 Sr.

you can achieve 300 hp with a spud and cams with pretty decent spool time.

But believe me, you are going to want more after reaching 300 hp.

gt2871r with .64 will net you a bit more. .86 will net you even more.

Now if you want something over 400, you have to go with GT3071r or GT3076r. Both are awesome turbos especially if you go with twin scroll but your pocket has to run pretty deep for that setup.

All you really need is good gas.

I have run 14psi daily on that itty bitty t25 for a long time with no problems with the motor or turbo (considering that you got a good engine and turbo to begin with).

And you will start to run out of ceiling anyway because you should be about the 250'ish whp range and the maf is maxed out.

I also agree that you wont be happy with that for very long at all.. i went from T25 to S14 T28 to a PE1420 @ 20psi on my first SR S13.. and trust me unless you start to scare yourself you are not going to be satisfied. To go past the S14 T28 you are going to need a maf and bigger injectors.

So when people are on stock head, block and turbo and say man its so fast i usually endup laughing out loud and ask if they are really serious.

It's probably just a lot faster than what they are used to, or what they thought it would be.

also, does anyone know what safe boost for an s14 sr20 is? i've read that you can run 13-15 psi safely at around 250hp. is this true?

It depends on your mods, with no internal work though I would not run over 16 PSI if you want the motor to be realiable. A good source told me not to go over 13 PSI with a gt28r if I wanted realiability.

it truly depends on ur mods..dont base ur hp on ur boost alone. I have higher compression pistons, cams, head work...blah blah...and im running a stock [email protected] bet money that il make more then 250whp after a tune.

the t25 can take alot. when i first did my swap the wastegate was bad and it would spike at 25psi then drop and hold about 18..i have fixed that with an HKS wastegate and i run 14psi with minor mods and i have no problems..we also switched the fuel pump to a walbro 255..
