Is there anyway I can hook up like a small computer to my cars radio and store my MP3's on thsi computer and play them in my car?

Yeah, get an MP3 player and use a car kit to plug it in, or get one of the music kegs. I doubt you can wire a laptop to your radio though.

unless there is a line in jack on the back of your stereo, that would be better than the cassette adapter

It would work, its a simple minijack input with the adaptor and the line out on a laptop would also be a minijack. Not to mention he could also view high quality animal p0rn WITH high quality audio in his car! Take that kenwood KEG!
