Music Box Missing Track Info

Discussion of Infiniti's amazing (and underrated) sport-luxury crossovers, the EX35 and EX37. For 2014, the EX series will be renamed QX50, in line with Ininfiit's new naming conventions.

Ok, so I've been trying to update missing Music Box track info, but haven't gotten very far. Basically, I follow all the directions, have the flash drive inserted, but the "search for missing tracks" line is grayed out, so really can't proceed. Anyone else have this problem, and what (if anything) am I doing wrong? Thanks so much.
