Music Box does not recognize copied Cd's

Hello,I have a 2009 G37 coupe..I purchased MP3's burned them to a audio cd-r disc, which converted them to CDA files..They play fine on the player, however, it displays nothing and I cannot rip it to the music box..Any suggestions?..Thanks..

I would check your manual again, if i recall correctly, you need to make an mp3 cd, not a normal CDA cd. it can still play mp3s (you can fit more of those onto a disc fyi), and it just copies them over directly

No suggestion because you can't do it. Has to be a store-bought CD.

Actually if you copy the cd in some other ways it will record to the Music Box.
