I say we sentence them all to death. F Them...

After that, close down Gitmo and go back to letting the CIA hand over people to the Israeli's to "interogate". Cause that so much more humane.

What could be done is either ship all the detainees to the middle of the pacific ocean, push them over the side and they can slowly die by drowning. There could be issues of them trying to hijack the ship/boat so maybe carry them on a cargo plane and just push them off?

I don't see it even possible to harbor them on own soil, never know what they could do; some are unpredictable. Majority of them aren't US citizens so prosecuting them here doesn't compute.

If we imprison them on our soil, I hope some of our own prisoners are honorable enough to kill them for us...

Shouldn't they at least have a trial first and have charges brought against them?

Some of them could possibly even be turned into spies for the US intellegence?

Even Sadam Hussian had a trial.
