about a month ago my girlfriends boss bought a new lamborghini murcielago so when she told him that i was into cars he invited me over for a ride. i had the day off from work so i made the 30 min ride from my house to her job in about 10 min. ive seen this car before in magazines but never in person, and when i gt there all i could say was holy freakin crap. the car was gorgeous, it was yellow and had wide *** wheels. the brakes were also humongous, and on the rear there were 2 calipers???? there was a giant lamborghini one and a smaller brembo brake. i had never seen that b4. there is a vent on each side of the engine bay that opens up with the push of a button and the entire engine bay is carbon fiber. the motor is freakin huge. so he started it up to let it warm up b4 we went for a ride and immediately you can tell this is no normal car. it sounds like a race car and nothing else.after letting the car warm up fpr a few minutes we got in and the interior is just as stunning as the exterior all black and ellow stitching. we cruised around for a little and it even rides like a racecar, we got to an open highway( no one around for miles) and he opened it up and that car was ridiculously fast, we were at 120 in like 1/2 a second, it was like being on a bike there was power everywhere on that car. then we cruised along the beach and everyone and there mom stares at you like your running around naked.that was the baddest car ive ever been in. it is AWD 570something hp V12 it was freakin nuts. when i stepped out of the car (suicide doors) i felt like a new man.

just thought i should let you guys know about my lamborghini experience:D

Don't you mean gilled doors?

Suicide doors are on really really old cars.

Dude no Ferrari could beat Magnum P.I.'s 1984 308GTSi Quatrovalve!! That car was da bomb!!

EDITAnd i think they are called buterfly doors since gullwing open up OUTWARDS so they stick 90 degrees out from the body, opening at the top of the door. Butterfly doors pivot UPWARD at the front of the door, still remaining (mostly) parallel to the car body.

Just so you know, the second rear caliper is for the e-brake. Ferraris have them too.

You are one lucky man. I wish I could get a ride in one.

My most bad-a$$ ride... crawling up, over, around and through 6 to 10 foot boulders on a 50% incline in a Willy's Flatfender with tube chassis and completely custom suspension and drive train!!! Alright... so it never happened, but I'd take that over a ride in a Lambo ANY DAY!!!! Off roading is soooo much more fun!

There's a guy in my town who's got a burgundy red Murcielago. . . . saw it go down the street a few times. . . =)

I once had the experience of riding in a Ferrari F50, it was quite a thrill. . . . .

Umm... no. The RX8 has them, as well as no center pillar. New English taxis (some of them) still do.

Also, I've touched the LAST McLAREN THAT WILL EVER BE SOLD! Pics: http://nametakennow.tripod.com/home/id10.html

Jeeze, who cares about Italian cars? I'm kidding, but the McClaren is the King, all 100 of them.

Supercars are only cool because almost no one has them, and they are the dirtiest desires of car companies.

Those rims are very tasteful. They also weigh less than your trouser snake. Which when they're talking LESS weight than your heffer girlfriend's meat popsicle thats saying a ****load. : )

ahhhhahahahahha.......but heck yea, no car will ever top the McClarren F1. my cousin used to work for firestone. he was a test driver for them. you know, they have a garage full or exotics and a oval track of their own. they put their tires on the cars, he drives them hard and fast, and evealuates the tires. so he's driven about every italian exotic there is. but never a McClarren. he's sit in one, cause a guy in his town owns one, but he's never driven it. if i could just sit in it, my life would be complete.
