2003 Nissan Murano ~130K miles, well maintained (alignment, balance, recently replaced front Struts and Sway Bar Links). Bought Michellin Cross Terrain... after about 25-30K miles the tire noise grew unbarable. Costco replaced with new Michellin Lattitude. I replaced front Struts and Sway Bar Links, Dealership Aligned and no noise for a while... now ~25K on these and tire noise again. Definitely sounds like tire noise (rotational, changes with road surface, non-metalic, non-growling, same noise that was cured with new tires last time, etc). I suspect alignment issue / feathering of some type developing over (~25-30K) miles and possibly quality (lack thereof) of alignment from dealers.
I know that rotation pattern changed from 2003 to 2004+ models. Were there alignment changes? Thoughts/Ideas? How can I find the best alignment shop in-town? This has been a great vehicle except for this mind-numbing noise.
