murano suspension change?

Own a 2003 Murano sl with standard suspension I believe. Drove a 2006 and much prefer the ride. My 2003 rides like a brick in comparison. How can I tell If mine has been converted to se firmer suspension. Is it possible to change out struts shocks or springs to get closer to the later models ride. Will 2006 parts fit or has the suspension been totally reworked in later models Thanx

My 2005 feels like someone stole my shocks. The worst ride I have ever experienced. my passengers say things like OUCH! and OH MY GOD! Nice for over $30,000.00. Let me know how to fix when you find out. Joe

I too am interested in upgraded suspension details. i have a murano, and every dip, bump or anything i hit feels like my ride is going to explode or something (all passengers are thrown around, even the driver). any information is appreciated...

Maybe if most people think the Murano ride is smooth and comfortable there is something wrong with our cars only. Does anyone reading this think the Murano's ride is great? (4 or 5 people in car). Has anyone fixed the "rough ride" problem? Thanks. Joe
