Murano's engine won't turn on

My kids got a hold of the keyless entry and pushed who knows what buttons on it and my car and several hours later, I go to drive it and the engine won't turn on. I tried the intelligent key and manually turning the engine on with the key and neither way works. Got any suggestions? The manual isn't helping me at all and of course being Sat. night, the service dept. is already closed at the dealership. Thanks.
