Murano LCD Screen

Hi,I just bout an ’07 Murano S. It has an LCD Screen, but it doesn’t do nearly as much as I would like it to do. I was wondering if anyone knew if there was an aftermarket mod that I can replace this LCD screen with. Some of the things I want are the backup camera, Nav., and DVD player. I would also like it to keep it's current functionality (Radio, Maintenance checks, Trip tracker, etc.)

First off, is this possible to do? Does anyone know where I should begin looking?

I've been looking around for a few years now and no such luck. I wanted to replace mine with Pioneer AVIC, (DVD Player/Navigation) but was told by every installer it can't be done because the car won't run properly without that ugly Nissan screen because the OBC ties into it. The alternative option is to custom install a separate unit and leave the factory one in its place.
