Obviously if you've taken the time to come back here and insult us, then you must really be a winner yourself.
Your whole original post was ignorant, stupid, and vague. The statement you made seemed to make most people that know anything about CVT's think that you didn't know what you were talking about from what I see. CVT's don't shift. It will stay near redline at all times until you let off of the throttle, because that's the way it works.
On top of that, you said you shouldn't waste your time with chips - as if you had experience with this. Cars do not use "chips" anymore, so if you're buying a "chip" you're buying one of those gimmicky resistors off of eBay that do nothing. Most performance on the vehicles computer is adjusted via the diagnostic port and tuned via a programmer or a computer system. Chips haven't been used in years.
Then you come back a couple of years later to call everyone fat and stupid because you didn't get the reply you were hoping for. Congratulations, you insulted a group of people on the internet.
Educate yourself on automobiles and proper grammar, then maybe you can justify getting a sensible reply to your questions.
