Will be taking US 2006 Murano into Canada for a few months (currently live in North Carolina)... does anyone know how to convert lights to conform with Canadian running light law? Dealers I have contacted have been of no help.

Flip the switch to On. Problem solved. I know it seems obvious but that's probably the easist way to do it without having to do all kinds of electrical work.

Might be the easiest, but not the most efficient.... DRLs use a lower power for the selected lights and as such, DRLs are not bright enough for night time driving. I just find it hard to believe that Nissan would use a completely different lighting system for Canada than the US.... It would also seem logical that the change can be controlled by reprograming the computer that controls the lighting system. I also realize that logical does not equate to actual. The saga continues.
