Replaced the catalytic converter on the firewall side under the manifold just over a year ago, got a code again for p0174 for fuel system lean bank 2, run the scan tool it says replace maf sensor, air filter.. done this code comes back with replace cat, I’m suspecting either an 02 sensor or vacuum leak anyone else had this problem before? On the scan tool I have live data For the 02 sensors only shows bank 3 sensor 2/ then bank 1 sensor 2,

Bank 3? What are the long term fuel trim readings showing in the live data on your scan tool?
