Murano 05 help please!

First off im new to this site.. i want to see what people respond i appreciate it in advance for your help.

Ok so i have the SL awd model and it has the sub in the spare tire. I think thats pretty neat!! but has anyone on here upgraded that sub keeping it in the spare? I dont want to use my cargo space for the subs.

Also theres a tear on driver seat does anyone know whats the cheapest way to replace it whether it be buy a used seat or patch it up??

If it were possible, i doubt the sound quality would be any, if at all, better then stock... Best bet is to maybe get a sub fashioned into the floor with a strong cover over it.
