multiple warning lights

My QX4 has just exhibited something new (my wife thinks it's haunted). While driving, the warning lights on the right side of the cluster (A/T Oil Temp, Brake, Oil Pressure, Battery) will come on. This has happened twice and never set a code. Sometimes the lights will be off after a re-start other times it takes more than one re-start. They always seem to be out when my meter is handy as a friend suggested an alternator problem (115000 miles) but when i check I'm getting 13.2v - 14.5v. There is also a hum from the left side of the motor that will go away when I crack the throttle leading me to believe it's a vacuum leak, though it sounds low on the motor, around the a/c compressor (replaced last year). Also after a re-start there was a squealing coming from the same area as the hum. The compressor was from NAPA.

I got a stethoscope and traced the hum to the power steering pump, but I still need help with the lights.Thanks
