After leaving my car in the "ON" position overnight, my battery died and i attempted to jump the car using the typical method (my car: positive to positive, negative to bare metal; his car: p2p, n2n)

This did not work (maybe because he has weak subaru?) and i brought the battery to an O'Reillys and had them charge it for me. Battery is 3 years old and works now.

But the problem now is all of the small things that are going out. First i noticed that my windows wouldn't automatically roll up, then a headlight went out (could be coincidence), now my seat and steering wheel will move upon opening the door but do not move when i turn the car on. I also had what sounded like half of my speakers go out on me yesterday but they seem to be working fine today.

I'm pretty comfortable with taking cars apart and diagnosing problems but i wanted to ask if anyone has experienced a similar experience before. Hopefully don't have to bring it in to the stealership as i would rather fix this on my own.

get a new battery...lot of guys have described all sorts of electrical gremlins with their M, and it turned out to be a bad battery.
I would try that first.

You have to reset the automatic window feature after your battery goes dead - roll each window down and then roll them up and hold the switch in the up position for at least 10 seconds, I think. You also have to re-engage the seat/steering wheel moving out and back in under the convenience options in the menus of the center screen.
The other stuff sounds like possibly a bad battery
