P0137 - Right bank, rear oxygen sensor - min. voltage
P0140 - Right bank, rear oxygen sensor - high voltage
P0160 - Left bank, rear oxygen sensor - high voltage
P0161 - Left bank, rear heated oxygen sensor
P0325 - Knock sensor

It sounds like you need a new pair of rear oxygen sensors and a knock sensor!

Check the FSM for further details on them. Good luck!

Cleared the codes. The p0325 stayed off, i think it was due to a bad exhaust. replaced the rear oxygen sensors then cleared codes again. Now i have a P0430 code. Is this the rear driver side cat? How many cats does this have? Do they have a front and rear cat on both sides?

One cat on each bank (side). P0430 means bank 2, which is the driver's side.

ok looking at what they sell you can get a front or rear cat. The front cat is more of a canister looking and the rear cat as they call it looks more traditional with exhaust piping on both ends. Im a bit confused which cat im needing? Any help explaining this would help.

Precat (front). It's the one that gets fouled, and the one that is monitored, as the rear oxygen sensor sits directly behind it.

It can be removed by unbolting it, meaning you won't have to do any welding, but I haven't seen a write-up here about it, and it doesn't sound exactly very accessible. You may need a swivel head socket.

No, it's in front of it. The rear sensor is behind it. There are no sensors in or on it.
