multi cylinder misfire code on my 96 maxima se please help

i keep getting this code when the car idles in park for 5 minutes or more.some times the car dosent want to start and just cranks over so you have crank it for about 30 seconds to get to start. dose any one else have this problem?

When was the last time you changed spark plugs and coils?
