how easy is to change mufler ?

very. either cut the old one off with a pipe cutter or a torch, slide the new one on - you'll need to have a flared tip on one end of the muffler or a small difference in diameter to fill the gap in - and weld . if you don't have the tools it shouldn't be more than a few $ at a muffler shop, a few more $ if you get a muffler from them.
