Muffler rattles when engine cold.. lower the hangers or what?

hey guys

got a slight annoyance, when my engine is cold then around 1100 rpms idle the muffler (i have a 3 inch ss catback) rattles (i believe against the metal right behind the rear bumper, which i guess is part of the frame.

so i was wondering what the best solution would be? to lower the hangers a bit so the exhaust would sit lower or what? there is no flexpipe so thats probably the main reason all the engine vibrations make their way back there
