I've been looking all over and i can not find any of the OEM mud flaps for sale or any aftermarket. I was wondering if anyone who has the mud flaps would send me a image of them close up and the dimensions of them because i was thinking i would take a shot of making custom ones, and if i do i might sell some so any messages would help.

I was just browsing through images of J30's on Google and there was only one that had flaps out of maybe 50 images. So they either weren't popular or people are just yanking all 4 when one of them breaks. They look to need a fairly specific curvature, so I'd say you're probably SOL unless you can make them custom.

Well I know they are out their because i have seen some people with them and all I wanted was like how far they hang down and like how wide and how thick they are. But once I got all of those measurements I would use some reference pictures and use some molding putty to get the curvature of the body and then go from their.

This was the only pic I could find with factory-looking flaps:

Yeah those were the ones i was talking about because i think the only ones ever made were OEM because i haven't see or heard anyone talk about aftermarket ones which is why i want the measurements because it would be difficult to just go by image.

If you can make some clay analogs, I have a friend with an excellent 3D scanner and plastic printer. Dunno how much he'd charge, but he definitely has the right equipment.

I was just gonna do my best at 3d modeling them in fusion and then 3d print them.

I found a good reference photo I'm going to use and I also found this app that you can 3d scan stuff with so later I'm going to get a 3d scan of the rear of the wheel well and see what I can do about making the mud flaps.

My man, these are tough to find. I paid a guy $150 for a set on the J30 he had for sale.

There is a small 90* bracket you need to make to mount the rears.

I believe I still have another rear set that I rescued from the junkyard.

With the contours, idk what measurements you are specifically looking for.

Do you have a junkyard near by? I'd be willing to swap the extra rear set I have for a pair of a-pillar trim pieces.

Well for the measurements I was thinking from the bottom of the fender to the bottom of the flap and how wide the bottom is and also at the top how far it sticks out.
