Ok, So i'm in the middle(towards the end) of doing my 5 speed swap on my 95 obd1 s14. I'm using the automatic ecu and an 5 speed transmission harness. I've got everything hooked up except the neutral saftey switch. I've looked all over and no body has pictures as to how to wire it up... i know you have to run 2 wires... But that's as far as I've gotten... I'm confused because they talk about a black wire on the ecm.. and there is no black wire.. and they talk about a green wire..

It looks like its on the passanger side, at least thats where mine was on my 13. If you were closer to the 757 I would try and help you out

That's for the reverse lights, I'm talking about the ECU wiring part.

the black and green come from the fuse box but what wires do you connect them to on the transmission?

now i dont know this from experience so im just giving you some things to try out. here is the ecu pinout http://www.240sx.org/faq/artic...t.htm

i would go through it and make sure that you have ground and power to everywhere it says it needs it. and also switched power. make sure your fuel pump is turning on. and check that your neutral position switch has ground when in neutral. GL let us know how it goes

The NSS can just be jumped under the hood at the gray connector at the relay box, or taken to the clutch pedal.
