I need to find a way to replace some manual transmission shift linkage bushings. I tried ordering them from the dealer and learned they were part of a linkage rod assembly that has been discontinued.

Has anyone made or found a source for new linkage bushings for the shift linkage joint in the picture below?

The picture is from a 4th gen Maxima but I understand Altima and Sentras from the same period use the same joint and bushings.

I think I see the part numbers you'd need at this website:

Perhaps you need to try a couple of dealerships to verify that you can't get what you're looking for. There's also a few dealerships that seem to have better connections than others. For example, West Covina has a thing called The Nismo Shop and they were the only ones able to get me some Nismo S-Tune coilovers.
