Well took about 30 minutes to wire it up, 20 minutes of that 30 was just trying to get the trigger wire soldered to the internal coil, FPIA. Took it our for the first spin, with the timing at .75 per pound of boost, but I forgot to hook up the boost refrence. But it was like a night and day difference with just the ignition system. Runs smoother, and pulls a whole lot harder.

My setup is a Log style manifold, Holset HX35W turbo, 370's, Walbro 255, 32x2.75x12 FMIC, stock MAF, SAFC2, and MSD6 BTM. I will be dynoing it next week running 15 psi with 550's.

I will post up a write up of the install in a little while.

When does that turbo spool up? Let us know what RPM it hits full boost (when you go 15psi).Is that a Dodge Cummins turbo?

Glad to see your wiring worked out bro. The Holset is usually a deisel turbo, but the HX series is starting to get used alot on gas motors.

I'd definitly swap in the Z32 MAF though...

I have a Z32 MAf, just need to install it. The turbo hits 10 psi between 3000 and 3500. It's tuned for about 6 psi from the old setup on the SAFC2, but I'll be getting more dyno time once the 550's and Z32 MAF go in. I have some 550's from an EVO that I am swapping into it, I am building my own rail for them to work with a KA, and I will have a couple of extras. But I will do a write up on the install for everyone else. Right now the Internal WG is set for somewhere above 10 psi, thats the highest I have hit, but last time I checked it opened around 10, I just don't want to push it until I get the injectors in.

The MSD6 BTM is definitely well wortht the money, more spark with timing retard, works great, WD, and Structure240sx, thanks for the help with the wiring, JWT's sites pretty much walks you through it too. I have had no problems with mine yet, so far I would reccomend the SAFC2 and MSD6BTM over the emanage. The difference in how the motor runs, sounds, pulls, and spools is huge.

I will keep everyone posted on how everything turns out. The new manifold and external WG, along with the injectors, and MAF with the 15 psi setup should be on the car this week, before the Nopi NAt's here in Atlanta.
