I got the MSD Knock alert and i was wondering if anyone knew if I should use the units knock sensor or should i wire it to the factory sensor. If I need to use the msd knock sensor where is a good place on the KA block to tap it into, a pre-existing spot I hope.

im no expert, but i would suggest keeping the stock as-is and tap a hole in the block somewhere for the new one and run it completely separate.

I've heard of people mounting those on the oilpan..but i dont know how good of an idea that is
