msd install guide anywhere?

I got a msd SCI and a blaster coil off a friend and dont know how to install does anyone know where a guide or how-to install is looked on nico and couldnt find one, much appreciated.

Welcome to Nico. But the search function does work pretty well. I typed in MSD Install and got 4 perfect results...

I have a dohc. from reading it, it sounds like the tach adapter makes it the same as dohc but I dont want to blow anything. does the msd coil connect to the harness any more or only to the ignition box. and how/where does the ignition connect to the distributor thanks a lot though dont know what i would do without NICO

man if you cant figure it out from the link I gave you your in trouble.

here is what us "smart" people did we went to the link I GAVE YOU,then got the fsm and LOOKED in it to see what wires are in your car,or better yet went out to the car and saw what wires are there, then we got the msd directions out and followed the install via fsm(or car wiring).

its a simple install you cut 2 damn wires and hook up the what 4 wires to the 2 you just cut,then run your ground and 12 switched.

oh yeah hey wd where you at I didnt kill your pc did I? lol man screening process ftmfw!

You can also go to jwt website the have it in the how to's.........that where I looked to hook up mine its got pics and all I'm not sure if it will be the exact same as yours but it will probably help give you a good idea.
