Will I be alright if I install a MSD BTM and SAFCII prior to going turbo?

I have stock injectors on my SOHC, so couldn't I just leave the injector corrections untouched (not change anything on the SAFC)? Could I also just leave the BTM turned down to 0? When I start boosting, I'll be at 7.25psi, so I'll turn the BTM to 1.

As far as the n60 mafs, Im under the impression that I cannot use this yet due to me having stock 2700cc (I think) injectors. Is this correct?

I also have a turbo timer that I'll be installing soon, and soon enough I'll be getting my friend's FC injectors...

You can install everything you have. If you install the MAF you may have to mess with setttings to get it to run right, so I'd skip that part. But you're correct in assuming you can install the BTM and SAFC without injectors or turbo. If you have a wideband, you can even mess with the stock settings a little to get better gas mileage and a tiny bit of power, but I wouldn't.

What I would do is this, install everything, minus the MAF and record what the readings are in stock form, that way you have them when you begin tuning. I mean everything from part throttle to WOT. That will make the first tune alot easier, since you'll have somthing to shoot for.

you should be able to install it all right now. i don't know the proper in/out settings for the n60 maf(on dohc it's 4 in 5 out), but you can probably find that information out without too much trouble. You might need to tune it slightly afterward also... so you might want to hold off on installing the maf after all.

Perfect. Im trying to minimize as many things as possible to install when I finally get my manifold/dump pipe.

Thanks guys. If anyone else has anymore input, please feel free to contribute.
