MSD blaster 2 coil hook up??

im goin to be installing my blaster 2 coil ive had sitting in my room from my Z tomorrow and im kinda confused on the hook up....i know which is the positive and negative for the coil but next to my stock coil there is a plug with like 4 wires on it that looks like it goes to the braket the coil is on....do i just ignore these wires and just run the positive and negative to my coil?
