EverythingG35 came through with delivering the part before the weekend! Got it yesterday...only took 2 hours to install from clean garage to clean garage. The install was very straightforward...no need to do a write-up as the instructions are top-notch from Motordyne. (I can scan if anyone needs 'em)

I love the new sound! Very throaty snarl in the 3-6k RPM range...a definite improvement!

Next is the Stillen exhaust, which should be here on the 8th. That will definitely take a little longer...and many colorful words during the install are expected.

Got a quick question for those who have done these mods....what do you do with the stock parts? Sell on E-bay?? I'm not leasing, so I really don't see the stock parts going back on the car.

No, its easy to install because the directions are straight forward and you will use 3-4 tools at most.

I have personally kept all my parts. You say the car is not leased, but what if decided to sell it one to so you can buy a......... G37 or GTR.

The lower plenum is small...I'm not sure I'll have the room for OEM exhaust components...

I keep all stock parts, so if I sell it, I can re-install the stock parts, and resell the aftermarket parts.

My stepson scored though, he got all the aftermarket parts, other than the Y-pipe, since that had to go back on to pass Cali emissions.

i like the sound of a "very throaty snarl" like joe said in his first post. has anyone put an MREV (not an MREV2) on a 2003 non rev up engine? or does anyone know if it delivers the same type of sound?

2 hours from clean garage to clean garage...I did the spacer prior to the MREV2, so I kinda knew my way around the plenum.
