mr20 question

I have been getting very very bad mpg's (19-22) lately in my versa no matter how I drive so my question is to everybody that has swapped the mr20de into there versa how is the mpg's and what trans are you running also what kind of driving do you do if I can come up with the cash I this swap maybe what I will go for

its pnp mr18 and mr20 are same engines externally. same transmission etc..

my question was are you running an mr20 with a standard, or auto, or cvt trans I'm trying to find out what kind of MPG's people are getting in there Versa's cause the mr20's are supposed to get better MPG's then the mr18

update my engine has started knocking very bad so if i can find an mr20 looks like there will be a swap very soon

Save yourself the time and expense. The Versa will never be more then a fun car to work on. I dumped "VersaMae" last year and picked up a 2012 Scion tC. It's a sweet ride.
