MR 1.8 to 2.0 questions

Since the Bore is the same can the parts be changed to increase the stroke to make the 1.8 MR a 2.0My question is what parts would be required. I previously read may of the engine parts are the same, head etc.

The MR18DE is a 1.8 L (1798 cc) version, bore is 84.0 mm and stroke is 81.1 mm. It produces 128 hp (95 kW).

The MR20DE, a 2.0 L (1997 cc) unit was the first MR series engine developed by Nissan as replacement for the QR20DE. It is an undersquare engine, its bore being 84.0mm and stroke 90.1mm.
