MPH to KMPH gauge cluster interchange?

[T.O 240sx]

i live in "the great white north" haha... anyways, i live in Canada but my 240 came from the States so everything is in miles which is fine but i was wondering if i bought a cluster from a Canadian 240 would their be any complications or anything that wouldnt work the same?

i think something is wrong with my cluster and the tail light fuse keeps blowing because of it, so im thinking of just changing it
