mph probs

0k just bought a 89 240sx with a ka24de in it but the mph gauge does not work and thers this 2 conecters not conected to anything IDK, was the harness from the ka24de ? help me out

do u know if the clusters were switched out?when u do the swap ur suppose to change the gauge clusters for it to work. im not really sure why lol

when you swap for the dohc the only gauge you wont have will be the tach. thats why you switch the clusters but your speedo will work. can you post a pic of the connectors your talkin bout?

if this was my car i think i would start by checking out how well your swap was done. there is a very good walkthrough here zer...ottom you probably want to pay attention to the part where you wire the spedo into the new ecu. it will also give you a great place to check weather or not your getting a speed signal out of your ecu or not, indicating a bad spedo or speed sensor.
