I don't know if its the warm weather or what, but my mpg is getting better. I also just had my 4th oil change.
I just went 428 miles on this tank and only put 10.45 gallons in the tank. Thats 40.95 mpg. The reason I bought the car was for fuel economy and this exceeds my expectations.
I was averaging about 36 to 38mpg all winter, and noticed the last few weeks it has been around 39 to 40 and getting over 400 miles per tank.
It might also be,since it's warm out, I don't have to let it warm up as long before I drive it.

The warmer weather will get higher mpgs than in the colder weather. Sounds like a good tank, how many miles are on the motor now? It might also be the motor's breaking in.

Depends how you drive it (Not always being easy sometimes it needs a little hard love) it could be breaking in, which will improve the mpg's, along with the warmer weather.

Mine has just over 4,300 miles, 95% highway miles (on trips from FL to GA). I am in GA today and put gas for my trip back tomorrow. The mileage on my last tank was 40.07 mpg's. Unreal, but I'll take it.
This little car continues to impress me: not only mileage, but the suspension, the peppy engine, the interior space and how quiet the ride is.

Just recenty bought my car and I landed in the 32 MPG mark. I bought it for economy and for someone like me used too getting 17-20 MPG this is awesome. Although I do wish it had alittle bit more power... but meh 130 will have too do.

My very first tank was over 32mpg. 1.8L auto. On tis current tank, I'm at just a tick over half a tank left and I've put 220 miles since the fill up. Might fill up today to recheck the MPG... I'm also running 33 pounds of pressure in the tires. Might go to 35psi as others say they run.
