The onboard mileage calculator on my 2007 has a 10,000 mile average combined city and highway of 21.6 mpg. This is a G35X. I've hit over 25 on a trip and I'm not "Light footed"

I get EXACTLY what the EPA says: 17, 24, 20. If I take it easy I get about 18.5 city and about 25 - 27 highway.

I get 17 city, and 21 ish on the hwy, I have lead foot syndrome which only gets worse as I add modifications to the car

When I installed the Greddy EVO2 exhaust, I gained 2mpg, when I installed the BLOX spacer, contrary to manufacturer recommendation, it lost a few KM per tank, coupled with the now larger wheel diameter, so now, I think I get around 16mpg city, and 20 hwy... but it could be slightly more because my tires are a bit larger than stock.

When I get the electric fan in place, I 'll hopefully hit the 26mpg hwy mark!!!

I laugh in the face of gas prices

I just recorded 16.85 MPG all city driving (maybe 10 miles freeway, but that's pushing it). If I do all freeway, I can get up to 28 MPG at 80 MPH.

What am I missing guys? Is it the watery CA gas?

I can get 19 MPG if I baby the hell out of her in the city. Usually it's around 17 MPG.

I think I got close to 22 MPG highway once....once! I cruise at 80 just about everywhere I go. Somebody told me they got better fuel economy at 90 than at 80. Too bad I can't do that lol.

We got 25 MPG in the coupe on the way to the beach doing 60-70 3/4 of the time. 1/4 of the time we were in bumper-bumper getting out of CLT

The Sedan got 26.75 on another HW trip.

Prem. only - Amoco mainly - Never any mom/pops/discount gas

Talked to a tank driver recently. Says the discount places can charge less cause they get the leftover gas which has some crud in it.

Also said to never fill up if the station has a tanker in the parking lot....stirs up the crud in the tank....

Oh, and the Cobra gets 27 MPG on the HW and 20-21 around town.

I can't really separate the two. I get 23 to 24 mpg around town. However, about 80% of that is freely flowing interstate at 60 to 65 mph. During a vacation trip to Colorado in June, we got 24 mpg going west (up hill) and 26 mpg going east (down hill). For the most part, speed was 75 to 80 mph.
