MP3 CD changer for 99 Q??

I'm looking to play MP3 CDs in my 99Q. Is there a CD changer that could work with the wiring in place? I figure replacing the HU would be expensive and probably not look that good. Has anyone installed a CD changer that plays MP3 in the Y33? Thanks.

I don't know about a different CD changer, but this should allow you to plug in an MP3 player into the CD changer input in back of HU. I'm going to order one for myself.
