So me and a few friend are moving to AZ from OR in sept with someone. Just wondering if there are good car meets on fri&sat nights. What are some good parts of the area to look for housing, and have low theft rates (im from east SF bay area, #1 in the nation for car thefts, untill 6 months ago) they are really concerned about that. Just some good info, maybe get a few nissan guys check in on this thread.

Scottsdale Pavillions every Saturday night. I've heard its the longest running car show in the country. Not sure about that but it's a good one and it's every week.

Firebird international Raceway http://www.firebirdraceway.com/

Generally every saturday evening 6p-11pm ish

There is drifting which i am proud to be affiliated, Road course racing, and drag racing in a controlled professional environment

message me if you would like more information.

Take a look at the tempe area for good places to live and a great nightlife all things considered (for Az.) Look near Baseline road off the I-10 freeway i have lived here for over a decade and in my humble opinion this is the hub of Az.

Cheers, and good luck during your transition.

There's something car-related going on almost every weekend.

Between the local 240sx crowd, the local 350Z / G35 club, the classic Z guys, and a few other groups, it's a busy town for Nissan nuts.
