Hey guys, I'm moving to Denver from Kentucky around the end on January. I've got a 92 240 hatch w/ sr20det redtop, full blitz exhaust, etc... just curious about what you could suggest as far as registering the car goes. how are the emissions there? here they are non-existant so the car is no problem, but im not quite sure about there.

looking forward to meeting up with you guys when i get there. probably wont be driving the nissan out until next summer. ill just drive the ole' camry until then.

I just moved to CO Springs. They do have emissions testing in Denver and Colorado Springs, but most of the other areas dont. I have heard rumors that the testing in CO Springs is going to end as of 1 Jan 07, but it doesn't seem to be in the headlines.

May be possible to get the registration done in a county that doesn't test.

Yeah, I am still registered in FL. Found official word that CO Springs no longer requires emissions testing for registration.

I'm not sure, but they may have dropped the emissions requirements on all gasoline vehicles statewide, I know ours went away too.

Welcome to the area! Lots of fun stuff to do out here. Mountain roads FTW, if you have a fun car...
