Moving to CA Please Help...

Moving to CA in about a Month or so.

Looking into Hollywood, It's close to my job and my Internship. But since I Know no one out there I need some Help.

Its is safe? I found a few places already and i just want to see if Hollywood is safe.
how are the cops with modified cars?
I'm selling my S15 but I will be taking my Gs300 out there that has some stuff done but nothing crazy.

How is the car scene out there?

Not really sure with how cops are in the Hollywood area, but the car scene out here in general is great. You'll always find something going on that involves your interests.

Safe compared to what? It's all relative. I am less safe in my current Kentucky home than I was in Los Angeles.

You'll love it out there. With the exception of taxes (don't ever buy real estate), car regulations & firearm laws it can be the best city you've ever lived in!

hollywood is safe to a degree but it has it's seedy parts. there are some gangs in and around that area. cops don't seem to hassle modified cars there.

I found a place off of Hollywood Blvd and Yucca st. don't know if that helps you with the safety part.. ahah

as for the safety part, I just dont want to get shot going for a run at night or walking my dog or anything
