Hey, has anyone moved there A/C controls to where your stereo is? I want to use that area to place three gauges. Has anyone done it? Do you have pics? Was it tough/ is there anything I need to know before trying?

Oh yea, preferably done in a S14!

hmmm...i had the same idea, it will work, you might have to also move the hazaard light, and rear defroster also. I plan on moving the hazaard light and rear defroster down towards the shifter

That looks absolutley gorgeous. I wonder how difficult it would be to fabricate something like that? Either way, although I appreciate your help fellas, I still want to know ho difficult it is to move the controls. He moved his all the way down...Do I have to extend any cables or wires?

This looks like one of those "gonna have to try to find out" deals...although some advice, or previous experience by anyone would be helpful, at least in anticipating problems.

Thanks again fellas...

I just emailed race pod with a photo chopped image of that guys car...I wonder what their prices are...I hope they are reasonable. I really like the clean look...I basically got rid of the SAFC & turbo timer, and inserted the hazard, security, and defroster switches instead...I figure with the space below, I can add anything later I wish...

That gives me some ideas. That looks really great though. We did something like that on my friends Datsun 280ZX with polished aluminum.
