Moving/Centering the Tow hook??????

Does anyone know if this is possible. I remember when my car was on the rack at the dealer last week. You could see what looked like multiple holes for the tow hook mount to bolt into. I was wondering if anyone has ever moved theirs. This would allow me to center mount the Stillen plate bracket that goes in that hole with out re-drilling the bracket.
