movement in neutral

hello, i have a 95 240 with rb26. when i start it up in neutral the car wants to move forward, like it is in gear. it starts up fine but it initially tries to move. also, if i'm in neutral and i push the clutch in and release it, it does the same thing. anyone have any ideas? is it supposed to do this or do i have a problem?
