And had to leave the vert behind. I drove the Acura TL across cournty from North Carolina - Kansas sucks a** by the way.

Just got her running perfectly too. Put the near 18-year-old in charge of taking her out on the weekends to give her a spin. I'm seriously contemplating driving her back for next summer.

Anyway, just wanted to say hey to all my fellow verters.

Yep, the job in NC went away so they offered this. The family is still there while my oldest finishes high school. I got the vert in tip top shape before I left in case one of their cars has to go into the shop, this way they'll have something to drive. Why do I feel like my oldest's Pathfinder will suddenly start "breaking down?"

Rest of family coming out there eventually then?

Gotta be tough to be that far away.

It does suck actually. They are staying at least for the year. My oldest is a senior and starting pitcher on the baseball team so we wanted tl let him finish there. I'll reevaluate next summer and fly back as often as I can afford. Maintaining two households however is a bit pricy...

Or hope you can find something back this way if you want. That could help.
