Ok so I found out a few weeks ago that my front and rear engine mounts are bad but not sure yet if im willing to spend $240 for the front mount just cause its electronic. So I was wondering First What does it do and second if I get the ones that are for the manual trans will it work just as good? The only reason Is I really dont have the money to get the ones for the automatic trans, but if I HAVE to get those do you know where i can get them cheaper?

Sorry If its all jumbled but im Kinda stressed out and really worried that its gonna cause more damage to my car that i wont be able to fix

you can replace the front mount with one from a gxe which is not electronic and so should be cheaper. the electronic mount tigtens or loosens depending on engine torque.

Hey that not bad at all thanks for the link! Yea the only reason i was worried was that i wasn't sure if it would throw a code, well ive had it disconneted for a few days and no light so i'm just gonna go ahead and get regular mounts until i can afford to get the right ones.
