whats this mounting for????

The factory hot pipe has a little flange on it so you can secure it to the head so it doesn't vibrate. I have never seen anything but a dealer stock car run one. In fact, sell me yours. I need one so I can modify a SR20DET tourque damper kit to fit my CA.
