Mounting bracket for auto with aps single turbo

Im installing a aps single turbo on a auto, 06 350z.. Theres two brackets that 1,holds the scanvanger pump, and 1, that bolts to the oil drain. Both brackets bolt to bottom of trans on the nipples, but neither one lines up on the auto trans bellhousing. Anyone had this issue, and what can be done? These have to bolt up one to support the turbo, and two, to hold the pump. Please help.

To the left of the transmission,. towards the bottom. This is a single setup. I belive its for the 5 sp but they say will work on the auto. I just need to know the bracket on the bottom setup. I belive i will have to modfiy the bracket for the scavanger pump, and the oildrain, im just wanting to make sure what im thinking is correc t. I belive it is..
