Motorvate (Frank) Links -- Do the links work?

I've made multiple attempts to access information from the main links page to Frank's Motorvate site like the link below with no success. The problem has spanned some number of weeks.

Each time I try to access the information the page just returns to the Motorvate starting point with an error about not being able to connect to the database.

Can anyone else access detailed instructions that are hosted at the following link?

No luck with that site too. Which instruction/procedure do you need? There may be alternate link/site available.
